Children a true gift from Heaven, or the King of Heaven, more accurately! There is nothing more imposing or important for humanity than to care for children, both while they are in the womb and after they are born. Some of the greatest atrocities that are carried out in our world are carried out AGAINST children...the weakest, the most vulnerable and most precious commodity that we are charged with caring for as human BEINGS. Nothing is more valuable, or costly, not gold, not diamonds, not silver, not property, not knowledge, not career, not idol status, NOTHING is more COSTLY!
Murderous war lords, enlist children as soldiers in the Congo, they threaten them, rape them beat them, kill their parents all to force them into submission to do the murderous work of the war lord. Evil is REAL, it is visible to for ALL to see, especially when we look at lack of care for the children in our world. Our children are starving, thirsty, hungry, naked, abandoned and left to fend for themselves living in gutters, city sewers, and dumps, slums and ghettos. We live by the law, "Out of sight, out of mind," true in one sense, but if and when we choose to take off our self imposed blinders the REAL TRUTH becomes immediately apparent. We argue over the right to make a choice, as though that choice is more important that the life it destroys. Let's get that straight, a human right is deemed more important than a human. Without a human, there can be no human rights to protect. Since, Roe v Wade in 1973, 60,069,971 children have been wiped out, lost to eternity never to become who they were being knit together to be! The number is staggering, just think about how many children have been lost, by choice, world wide, 1,493,496,630, since 1980, and increasing by the second. This is not a political statement, only a statement of observable scientific fact.
Stewardship of our children is critical to humanities future, our future and our now! King David, Israel's most beloved king said this regarding children, "I praise you, God-Creator, because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful I know that full well." Each and every unborn child, and infant is wonderfully woven together by our Creator-God, we, each of us are image bearers, a most precious gift, each one of us.
